These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of growthsync.agency (the “Website”) and the free tools and information we provide through it. The Website is operated by Growth Sync Agency (“Growth Sync”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. About our services
Growth Sync is a digital marketing and growth agency. We offer services such as Meta Ads management, AI-powered content production, web design and development, AI automations and CRM setup. The Website describes our services and lets you contact us, book a call and use free tools such as the Ad Grader. Paid client work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement applies to that work.
2. Using the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- Break any law or infringe anyone’s rights
- Upload harmful, unlawful, misleading or malicious files or content
- Attempt to hack, overload, scrape or interfere with the Website or its security
- Use automated tools to submit forms or the Ad Grader in bulk
- Pretend to be another person or give false information
We may limit or block access to anyone who breaks these rules.
3. Ad Grader
The Ad Grader is a free tool that gives automated, AI-generated feedback on ads you submit. Results are for general information only. They are not a guarantee of ad performance, and they are not professional, legal or financial advice. By submitting material you confirm you own it or have permission to share it, and you allow us to store and process it to provide your results, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Booking calls and enquiries
Booking a call or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or a contract. A client relationship begins only when both sides agree to a written proposal or agreement.
5. No guarantee of results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including budgets, markets, platforms, creative, offers and competition. Nothing on the Website is a promise or guarantee of specific leads, sales, revenue, rankings or return on ad spend. Case studies and examples show past work only and do not predict future results.
6. Payments
If you purchase a service or product through the Website, payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Prices, billing terms and refund terms are set out at checkout or in your written agreement.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, design, graphics, logos and code, belongs to Growth Sync or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. You keep ownership of anything you submit to us, and you give us a limited licence to use it only to provide the Website’s services.
8. Third-party services and links
The Website may link to or work with third-party services such as Calendly, Meta, Stripe and others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
9. Website availability
We work to keep the Website running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free or secure. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
10. Disclaimer and limit of liability
The Website and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Sync will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content or tools. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept them.
