  • Ad Grader submissions: any ad creatives, screenshots, files, and details you upload or enter so we can grade your ads.
  • Booking information: when you book a call through our scheduling tool, we receive the details you enter there, such as your name, email and chosen time.
  • Technical and usage information: your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and book calls
  • Provide the Ad Grader and show you your results
  • Contact you about our services, proposals and follow-ups
  • Measure and improve our website and our own marketing
  • Keep our website secure and prevent spam and abuse

3. Cookies, Meta Pixel and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising.   • Supabase: secure database and file storage for Ad Grader submissions
  • Google Gemini: AI model used to analyse and grade Ad Grader submissions
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: bot and spam protection on our forms
  • GoHighLevel: customer relationship management and lead follow-up
  • Calendly: call scheduling
  • Meta (Facebook): advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel
  • Stripe: payment processing, where payments apply
  • Our hosting provider, which serves the website

These providers process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. We only share what is needed for them to provide their service.

5. Ad Grader and AI processing

When you submit material to the Ad Grader, it is stored securely and processed by an AI model to produce your grade and feedback. AI-generated results are automated and may not be perfect. Please do not upload anything confidential, or any personal information about other people, unless you have the right to share it.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, when required by law, or to protect our rights, security or users. If our business is ever sold or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that process.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to provide our services, keep business records and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 9).

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. 10. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
