I Gave the Same 90 Seconds on Every Audit Call, So I Built a Tool

Every audit call is different. New business, new ad account, new frustration.
But somewhere in the call, I hear myself giving the same 90 seconds. Word for word, nearly.
The 90 seconds
If you've run Meta ads for a while, you know the speech.
"Your first second isn't earning attention."
"I can't tell what you're selling."
"There's no real reason to act now."
"Where's the proof?"
"That text is sitting where the interface covers it."
"What does the button actually say?"
Different ad each time. Same six problems.
At some point I asked myself: why am I delivering this live, one call at a time?
What I did about it
I put the 90 seconds into a tool and made it free.
You upload a static image or a Reel up to 60 seconds. You pick who the ad is for, how well they know you, and your goal. About 30 seconds later you get:
- A score out of 100
- The single biggest fix
- Specific feedback on everything else
- An audience-fit rating
It runs 22 checks across six areas: hook, message clarity, offer, proof, format and placement, and call to action.
The rules I set for it
I didn't want another tool that tells everyone "great start, try adding more urgency!" So there are rules.
The score isn't invented. The AI answers fixed yes/no checks with evidence from your ad. The score is calculated from those answers, so it's consistent.
No generic filler. Every finding points at something actually in your ad. Rewrites never invent prices, reviews or claims.
Built by people who run ads. The checks reflect what matters when you're actually running campaigns on Meta.
It's honest about its limits. It doesn't predict clicks, conversions or return on ad spend. It judges the creative and its fit to your audience.
The other half of the call
The first half of an audit call is the ad. The second half is the campaign.
Goal. Budget. How long it's been running. What's frustrating you. How the budget's set up. How many ads are live. What tracking you have. Where the clicks land. How fast leads get followed up.
Same nine questions, every call.
So I turned those into part 2 of the tool. Nine taps, no account access, and you get a plain-English audit ranked critical, warning or minor, with a rough idea of what each problem is costing you.
The grader plus the nine questions is the complete free audit. The grader alone is a creative audit.
Where a call still makes sense
The tool covers the 90 seconds. It can't sit across from you and look at your ads, your landing page and your follow-up as one system.
If you want that, there's a free 30-minute call after the audit. But you don't need it to get the value. Most of what I'd tell you on that first call, the tool tells you now.
Why free
The useful part of an audit shouldn't sit behind a calendar link.
You shouldn't have to book, wait, and sit through my version of the speech to learn that your first second is weak.
It's free, no card needed, with 3 free grades per person. Upload an ad, see what's wrong, see how to fix it.
Find out if your creative is worth running before you put money behind it.
